SILVER PLAN

Personally escort for a total of nine (9) hours to several furnitures stores in Panama City. Ground transportation is included for these 9 hours.
Contract utilites on client´s behalf (power, water, gas, telephone, internet, cable tv, ).
Coordinate the transportation and reception, to deliver your furniture and appliances to your property when it is ready .

Buying furnitures, appliances, lighting, courtains, coordination between the property´s owner and the stores, via internet and going personally to the stores, to verify the items and coordination of payments.
Bying of linen, towels, china, silverware, pans, etc. To have the unit ready to leave. (turn key service).

Going to the apartment every 15 days and provide the service of cleaning the unit.
We check the appliances and notify to the client any anomaly or damage on it, run the water in all the sinks, flush the toilets.
In case of any damage in the unit, we will send a written notification to developer (cc client) and/or condo administrator to coordinate the repair with previous authorization of the client.
On occasion of visits to Panama, additional duties/errands will include, but not limited, to dry cleaning and grocery shopping.
Any repair costs, bills, dry cleaning and groceries supplies will paid by the client.

Organizing, arranging and delivering support to expatriates working in Panama.
Personally escort and provide ground transportation from Airport to hotel or temporary lodging as soon the worker (and/or their family) arrives in Panama.
Coordinate appointments and escort, with different Real State brokers, to rent an apartment or house, including legal aspects.
Contract utilities on client´s behalf (power, water, gas, telephone, internet, cable tv).
Personally escort to public offices to get legal permanency in Panama as well as, bank offices to open a saving or current account.
Coordinate the transportation and reception, to deliver furniture and appliances to the property when it is ready .

Support to expat and their family while they stay in Panama.
